Community Fundraising Ambassadors build local support networks to sustain Family of Liberty's operations through grassroots giving. You will organize small fundraising drives, connect with community members, and help ensure our volunteers have the resources they need to stay active in the field. No prior fundraising experience is required — just a passion for the cause and the ability to have honest conversations with people in your area.
Community Outreach Ambassadors are the face of Family of Liberty in their neighborhoods, towns, and local events. You will introduce people to our mission, distribute informational materials, and invite others to get involved. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, well-connected locally, and passionate about expanding our reach one conversation at a time.
Field Protesters attend organized demonstrations, rallies, and public actions to make our voices heard on constitutional issues. You will represent Family of Liberty with professionalism and resolve, helping to maintain a visible, peaceful, and lawful presence. Participants are expected to follow all event guidelines and conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the values and integrity of the organization.
Field Reporters document events, actions, and community stories from the ground, capturing photo and video content that keeps our members and the public informed. You will submit reports and media to the remote team for publication across our channels. A smartphone and a keen eye for detail are all you need — a commitment to accuracy and fairness is essential.
Field Safety Scouts assess event locations and surrounding areas ahead of and during organized actions to help keep participants safe. You will monitor conditions, identify potential concerns, and communicate clearly with team leads so that everyone can operate with confidence. Prior experience in security, emergency services, or situational awareness training is a plus but not required.
Field Visual Artists create banners, signs, and hand-crafted visual materials that amplify our message at rallies and public events. You will collaborate with the messaging and graphics teams to ensure that all visuals are on-brand, bold, and impactful. Artistic ability and a willingness to get hands-on in the field are the primary requirements for this role.

Constitutional Legal Advisors provide guidance on the legal dimensions of our activities, helping volunteers understand their rights and stay protected. You will review planned actions, answer legal questions from team leads, and flag any concerns before they become problems. A background in law or constitutional studies is required; active bar membership is helpful but this is an advisory volunteer role, not legal representation.
Digital Content Creators produce written posts, short-form video, and social media content that communicates our mission to a wider audience. You will develop material that is clear, compelling, and consistent with Family of Liberty's voice and values. Experience with social media platforms and a strong grasp of constitutional topics are key assets in this role.
Digital Graphics Designers create visual assets including social media graphics, flyers, event posters, and branded templates used across all of our channels. You will work closely with the content and messaging teams to ensure every design is visually striking and on-brand. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar is expected.
Digital Safety Trainers educate volunteers on how to protect their privacy and security online, including secure communication practices, device hygiene, and awareness of common threats. You will develop training materials and lead remote sessions to keep our members informed and protected. A background in cybersecurity, IT, or privacy advocacy is strongly preferred.
Field Safety Trainers prepare our volunteers for real-world situations they may encounter at events, rallies, and public actions. You will develop and deliver training on situational awareness, de-escalation, first-aid basics, and safe conduct in public spaces. Experience in law enforcement, military service, emergency response, or personal safety instruction is highly valued.
Messaging Writers craft the words that define and drive our movement — from talking points and press statements to Telegram announcements and rally scripts. You will ensure that everything we publish is clear, persuasive, and true to our constitutional principles. Strong writing ability, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of American civics and history are essential.
Remote Protesters amplify our message online by participating in coordinated digital actions, sharing content, and engaging in public discourse on social media and forums. You will help ensure that Family of Liberty's voice reaches a broader audience beyond physical events. This role requires discipline, consistency, and the ability to represent the organization professionally in all online interactions.
Remote Technology Specialists keep our digital infrastructure running smoothly, supporting everything from our website and communication platforms to internal tools and member systems. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist with platform setup, and help the organization stay operationally resilient. Experience in web development, systems administration, or technical support is required.
